Bevelpine Studios is run by Ben Yamazaki, a sole trader based on the Isle of Man. This page explains, in plain English, what happens to your information when you use this website or get in touch.

This website

• There are no forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
• The demo websites and the Workflow Lab run entirely in your own browser. Anything you type into them is not sent anywhere and disappears when you leave or reload the page.
• Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
• The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service. See Netlify’s privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you phone, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we use your name, contact details and what you tell us only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide and invoice our services. We don’t sell or share your information for marketing. We keep it for as long as we need it for those purposes and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements. WhatsApp and our email provider handle messages under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under Isle of Man data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just get in touch using the details below. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner.
